Day 1: Dinner

4 oz chicken breast baked in my special balsamic brown butter sauce

1 cup green beans

1 serving sweet potato fries

Snacks for today was pretzels and peanut butter.

And I have enough calories left to split a beer with the hubby later! Score!

  1. It was 4 ounces! And this is a downward shot. It was a pretty thick chunk of meat. And I ate a LOT of green beans.
