Okay, so I got hungry, which is often the case when I've eaten too much the day before. Here's my addition: a packet of maple brown sugar oatmeal. I cannot STAND oatmeal, so you know I'm hungry.
i eat oatmeal almost every day. not my fav thing but it's simple. but i don't/won't eat the plain kind. today i put some craisins in and it definitely helped it !
